Found him just as you see him. You really think I would touch him?! Ewww!!! Not sure how he fell, but the lines are just above him. The transformer box is just behind him a smidge. Jason suspects that he touched two lines at once, which would have killed our power. Pretty crazy, but may not be as uncommon as we think.
