Change

Allow me to present a rather large change in our life, maybe even more surprising than a new baby....car...you name it.


Yup, that's right folks, we have entered the world of owning a TV. We have never owned one since being married five years ago, but this year marked a change. No more watching movies on our 17" laptop, which happens to be dying currently. (I am typing all of this one handed, while securing the power cord in place, which by the way, comes as no small task for one who is already challenged in the world of typing.) So, my husband has gone and done what any man ever does, when told to go get whatever he thinks would work well. He did not simply stop at getting the TV and DVD player, but also got in wall/ceiling speakers too!! Pretty wild, but fun none the less.


Another new development in our house this past week, was changing up the boys sleeping arrangements. They moved across the hall, out of the "nursery", and into a new room. Philip gave up the crib for Levin's bed, and Levin moved into a bed gained from Jason's parents house (actually, Jason's old bed). Both boys were so excited about the move, thus took a little while winding down to sleep the first night.
