We bought Philip a pair of boots recently, which he quickly learned he could put on himself. This now means that he puts them on everyday, clothes or not, and waits by the back door where he thinks he will be let out to play. He cannot get enough of the outdoors.
Despite the snow yesterday morning, we told Philip he could not wear his boots to church, which of course brought on a flood of tears.

Ohh those boots!! Wesley is the same way about his, we let him wear his to church yesterday,then before he went to the nursery I had to put his real shoes on b/c he trips all the time in the boots.
Those are pretty snazzy boots though.
Etienne has those same exact boots- my mom bought them for him. He loves them too but like Wesley, is always falling down in them.
